By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About MX Concepts, LLC

MX Concepts, LLC is a boutique consultancy offering image, presence, embodiment, and lifestyle programming. Divisions include:

MX In Studio – private sessions, coaching, embodiment work, and workshops.
MX Events – social programming, mixers, and lifestyle-focused gatherings.

All offerings are curated for adults seeking exploration, refinement, and community within consensual, respectful frameworks.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older to participate in any MX Concepts offering.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old;
You have full legal authority to enter into these Terms;

3. Code of Conduct

All MX Concepts, LLC Services, especially MX Events including Matriarxy, are governed by strict standards of behavior:

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

MX In Studio

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with insufficient notice will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

MX Events

Event tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
In rare cases of venue or host cancellation, guests may receive a credit or transfer option.

By participating in MX Concepts, LLC activities, you acknowledge and agree that:

All participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own boundaries.
