These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MX Concepts website, services, classes, events, products, and experiences, including MX In Studio, MX Events, and the signature event Matriarxy (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About MX Concepts

MX Concepts is a boutique consultancy offering image, presence, embodiment, and lifestyle programming. Divisions include:

MX In Studio – private sessions, coaching, embodiment work, and workshops.
MX Events – social programming, mixers, and lifestyle-focused gatherings.
Matriarxy – the flagship monthly femme-led event.

All offerings are curated for adults seeking exploration, refinement, and community within consensual, respectful frameworks.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any MX Concepts offering.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old;
You have full legal authority to enter into these Terms;
Your participation does not violate any local regulations.

3. Code of Conduct

All MX Concepts Services, especially MX Events and Matriarxy, are governed by strict standards of behavior:

Consent is mandatory and ongoing.
Respect for all guests, staff, and facilitators is required.
Harassment, aggression, intimidation, and non-consensual behavior are prohibited.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

MX In Studio

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with insufficient notice will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

MX Events & Matriarxy

Event tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
In rare cases of venue or host cancellation, guests may receive a credit or transfer option.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in MX Concepts Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Some experiences may include sensual, lifestyle, or kink-adjacent elements.
All participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own boundaries.
You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with physical, interpersonal, or social activities.
